Return Policy
Return period
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Condition of goods
The goods must:
- be undamaged
- be returned in their original packaging, if possible
- not show excessive signs of wear
Exceptions
The following are excluded from exchange and return:
- personalized products
- custom-made products
- sealed goods, if the seal has been removed after delivery and the goods are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
